Help Desk/switchboard Lead

**KEY

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operates multiple-line telephone and routes calls to the appropriate person or location within the
- Exercises discretion and interpretive judgment in frequent and sometimes stressful contacts with
- Answering incoming calls and directing those calls to the proper Calls must be answered in three rings or less.
- Research and identify the appropriate business units or persons for callers when it is not obvious from a provided list.
- Identify telephone system problems and immediately alert the proper
- Data entry skills
- Other duties as** QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of Leadership experience preferred in a Help Desk/Switchboard
- Strong telephone skills and experience with CAFM (computer aided facilities management).
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one
- Work well with others and as a team player with strong customer focus
- Assertive and resourceful; self-motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative
- Advanced customer service skills, professional attitude & appearance
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational, administrative, record keeping & time management
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team
- and service-oriented; builds strong working
- Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone
- Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and
