We are a start up with an expanding commercial property portfolio, looking for experienced Wealth Consultants with a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience to join our team.

You will have a strong motivation to develop your business, natural interest, and understanding of developments in private wealth and investment management.

As part of our ongoing expansion we are offering a range of property development investment opportunities for High Net Worth individuals and sophisticated investors

**Role of our Investment Consultants**:

- Contacting warm sales leads that have shown interest in investing into fixed-rate investments and capital growth property-backed investments.
- Understand the client’s risk and investor viability for our product.
- Build rapport, to understand the individual investor profile i.e. High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor.
- Working towards targets, both independently and as a team.

**As an Investment Consultant you will need to have**:

- Previous experience of working within the property investment space (more than 2 years)
- Experience dealing with High Net Worth clients.
- Excellent communication and board level presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to targets.
- Accurate CRM management.

We have weekly team meetings in N20, and although office space is provided, you can work from home if you choose to. In return we offer a consultancy contract with a monthly expenses retainer and an OTE of £150,000 plus.

**Salary**: £120,000.00-£144,038.16 per year
