**About The Role**:
As an Office Co-ordinator in our thriving Property Services sales department you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our largest sales team at Foxtons. Within this diverse role you will work closely with the Senior Director of Property Services and the management team to ensure the smooth running of this busy and lively department.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Preparing agendas and taking minutes during management meetings
- Producing reports in relation to sales activity and department performance
- Managing and booking our suite of meeting rooms and training rooms
- Organising competitions and incentives for the Property Services department
- Organising the Property Services department’s social events, such as target and anniversary dinners
- Liaising with Payroll regarding pay and performance bonuses for our team of Property Consultants

No two days are the same, making this an amazing place for someone with excellent organisation skills to become a crucial part of the team.
