**Your role at Orbit.**
This is an office based role and the team work in our offices in central Norwich.
**What will help you make a difference.**
- Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Flexible team colleague with a focus on team task approach to meet the needs of the customer and organisation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage high volumes of work
- Commitment and understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to effectively schedule and plan diaries
- Previous experience in a customer service environment / housing
