Our clients, an independent leading and innovative modern thinking Estate Agency are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Manager in the Norwich area. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing companyand a successful team. The role will be varied, and you will be the point of contact whilst building and shaping the business. Our client will also consider an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to step up

**Working Days**:
As a Lettings Manager, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu for every Saturday you work.

**Our client is offering the successful Lettings Manager**:

- Basic Salary is between £25,000-£30,000 + commission
- Ongoing support
- Free parking nearby
- 5-day working week

**As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve**:

- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, and viewings and lets
- Coordinate business generation and marketing activities
- Proactively book appraisals and attend appointments (maintaining a good conversion ratio)
- Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties on the market
- Liaise and negotiate between both parties to secure the let
- Reporting any maintenance issues
- Organising Inventories, check-ins, check-outs
- Building the portfolio

**To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have**:

- Self-motivation with a can-do attitude
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, determined, ambitious and focused
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator
- A full UK driving license
