Work Analyst

**Salary**: £15.00 p/h PAYE (£22.10 p/h UMB)

Location: Yeovil - On-site with custom working available (Discussion) - Training done on site

Contract duration: ASAP start (Ongoing contract - 12 months to start)

Reason: Backfilling a role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Performance of build lines
- Running meetings
- Talking to members of staff
- Disseminating data and using the performance data to create actions to move forward
- Identify areas that need improvement

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have:

- Basic understanding of Aircraft Centre products and manufacturing processes
- Computer literate with an understanding of all Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Financial awareness (contract and operating budgets and cost control)
- Good mathematical skills and ability to assimilate large volumes of data
- Possess a methodical and systematic approach

Nice to Have:

- Good understanding of LEAN and other continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Higher Level qualification or 3 years' experience would be preferred but not essential
- Analytical and systems minded, experience of SAP would be preferred but not essential
- Pro-active, able to work using own initiative to achieve deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with other functional departments
- Flexible to meet demands of the role
- Ability to deal with tight deadlines and priorities for internal and external Customer Requirements
- Good Excel skills required
- Power BI experience would be beneficial.
