- HUGE opportunity for training & development in a diverse range of analytics
- Work as part of small yet agile, high performing team
- Business facing - opportunity to work with lots of key stakeholders

**100% REMOTE OR Somerset**

**£35k plus benefits**

You will be joining a small, yet high performing team of 3, reporting into the Customer Insight Manager, and acting as the most senior Analyst in the team, with a trainee beneath you. Whilst your manager is currently in the process of training this morejunior member of the team, it will be a great chance for you to gain some experience in mentoring, at an early stage in your career.

Projects will vary, therefore the manager is very open minded about the background this person has - you'd don't have to have experience in qualitative research for example this can be taught - we need strong analysts who can story tell and problem solve. You also need to be comfortable with presenting and bringing insights and data to life for stakeholders.

Technically they work with a range of tools including Forsta (survey platform), Redpoint and also rely on support from the likes of Kantar, Verve, MetrixLabs and MarketMeasures, so you'll also work to manage those relationships and see the project work throughinternally.

You'll work very closely with the Marketing team (100 people strong, and your biggest stakeholders) completing ad tests, gathering feedback from marketing campaigns as well as the data analytics team (10 people strong covering Data Science and Analytics).

So we need someone hungry, curious, who wants to understand why people behave the way they do, and someone who puts customer at heart of everything.

USP's - This company have a strong culture of promoting from within, training and development as well as ambitious growth plans for this year across this team, data and digital - so a great time to join
