**Operations Supervisor

**Salary**:£35,000-£40,000

An opportunity has arisen in our Cambridge based Operations Team which is responsible for procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, dispatch, health & safety, and facilities management.

**Your duties will include**:

- Liaising with the commercial department to build and utilise a S&OP and demand plan to drive MRP
- Establish regular reporting on key demand and supply inputs to support the decision-making process
- Support planning for the introduction of new products and/or the end of life of existing products
- Maintain and review of stock levels, seeking cost effective solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with supplier representatives; current and new
- Raising and monitoring investigations and supplier incidents
- Raising purchase orders, tracking, and updating purchase order status
- Be responsible for product kit packing and the maintenance of the Finished Goods Inventory (FGI)
- Supporting when required with final dispatch packing. Ensuring that all orders are packed as required and within time constraints.
- Adhere to procedure documents in the Quality Management System (QMS) and approved ISO compliance documents
- Supervising the Packaging and Dispatch team, including performance appraisals, absence management, and disciplinary matters.

**What we’re looking for in you**:

- GCSEs, particularly in English and Maths
- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or stock management
- Experience in the use of computer packages, including Word and Excel
- Analytical capabilities
- Experience in the use of Sage software (desirable)
- Experience of working under ISO/FDA Regulations and GMP conditions (desirable).
