As an Operations Assistant you will demonstrate the ability to work under tight deadlines with close attention to detail and accuracy.

You will be able to communicate at all levels and be proficient when working with IT packages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a rapidly changing set of priorities in a busy sales office.
- Work quickly but remain focused.
- File and process data efficiently with regard to company procedures.
- Coordinate engineer diary.
- Answer phones in a professional manner.
- Work with own initiative.
- Work in a digital, limited paper environment.
- Assist with debt chasing.
- Sales Order processing and purchase of stock assistance.
- Deal with customers telephone enquiries.
- Remain flexible but effectively define daily priorities and objectives and conclude them.

Work Skills
- High level of mathematics and english both written and spoken is required.
- Accountancy or Operations qualification desirable.
- Fast, accurate typing skills is essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
- Knowledge of Xero or similar accountancy package and Engineer diary booking system an advantage.

This position would suit someone with experience in a current Operations Assistant role. Dealing with a wide range of queries you will provide a positive experience between customer and company.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
