Bennett Hay have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Reception manager to join us at a busy global consultancy firm who partner with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities.

You will lead your team to deliver a world class guest experience that represents our clients culture. This starts with a memorable first impression, ensuring that guests have a smooth transition from arrival to their host, anticipating their needs duringtheir time on site and responding efficiently to any support requirements.

You will be a guest service ambassador, elevating the standards for the guest experience and leading the way for your team and other service partners.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a high performing reception team, training and coaching colleagues, supporting them in their development to meet current and future client needs. We value our people and you will play an important rolein creating a positive team culture, motivating, recognising and rewarding performance, and driving colleague engagement.

We are an adventurous company and we will be looking to you to drive innovation in the service for your client, to deliver impact on site, with support from your colleagues across Bennett Hay.

You will also be responsible for managing the clients meeting spaces, coordinating requests, and ensuring hospitality requirements are met.

You will be managing a busy calendar, and strong administration skills are a must in this role.

You will be responding to a variety of support requests from the client and their guests, providing a concierge service of the highest standard.

**What are we looking for?**
- You will have exceptional guest service experience and will be able to demonstrate to your team how to achieve your high standards.
- Previous experience in a prestigious guest service environment is essential, we are looking for someone with 5* hotel and corporate experience.
- You will have proven people management skills and will be an individual who will contribute to our enthusiastic and positive team culture.
- You will have a can-do attitude, able to adapt, prioritise and innovate.
- Strong administration skills, and be able to prioritise and manage your own time.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as solid knowledge of MS Office.

**What we offer...**
- A salary of £50,000.
- Working hours Monday - Friday, 7:30am-6:30pm, 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern.
- 23 day’s holiday per year (plus public holidays)
