**We are currently recruiting for a Volunteer Academy Coordinator who will facilitate training for new and existing volunteers in Hull.**

In this role, you will lead the development and smooth delivery of a Volunteer Academy programme which aims to support volunteers into training, enhances their volunteering experience, and contributes to a pathway into future employment.

You will be responsible for promoting the Volunteer Academy and coordinating the training programme so it meet the needs of both volunteers and wider volunteer host organisations. You will provide one to one support in identifying additional bespoke training to around a quarter of the delegates, so they can access further role specific qualifications and placements in relevant volunteer roles.
