Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team was established in 2022, transitioning in-house as a dedicated function. Since then, we have cultivated robust partnerships across various business units.

**What you’ll do**
- Advise and manage stakeholders on recruiting methodology, marketing strategies, current trends and talent approach.
- Researching new and innovative methods of attracting talent
- Writing, optimising, and managing job advertisements across various platforms including LinkedIn and social media.
- Build and enhance relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues and business leaders across all areas of Computacenter.
- Position Computacenter as an employer of choice to the talent market
- Collaborate with Employer Branding, Marketing, and other relevant HR functions.
- Strive for best practice, and continual optimisation of recruiting cycle, processes, and tool utilisation.

**What you’ll need**
- Experience in a similar role either from an internal delivery or recruitment agency
- Highly skilled technology recruiter, wide understanding of IT landscape
- Familiarity with current market trends and recruitment strategies
- Confident with influence, strong persuasive and advisory skills in order to educate the business on talent strategy
- Natural relationship builder
