**The Role**

**Do you love talking about cameras and everything photography? If yes, this is the role for you.** A great opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Care Team in a Sales Advisor position. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager and working as part of a team of ten, you will help our customers by answering questions and helping them find the right kit, ancillaries and accessories.

**The Person**

You will be experienced in delivering outstanding customer service, have an organised approach. As well as being flexible and adaptable you will be able to effectively manage your own time and prioritise tasks. Telephone-based customer service experience is not essential for the role as full training is provided.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Inbound Telephone channel**:

- Ensuring inbound calls are answered to a polite and friendly manner
- Answering customers general and product based questions, using available resources
- Accurately entering customer information and payments on the system
- Ensuring that status changes to customer back-orders is communicated
- Ensuring that incoming stock is allocated to customer back-orders, customers are contacted for payment and goods are promptly dispatched
- Liaising with the dispatch team to meet customer delivery requirements
- Keeping appropriate call records for future reference
- Dealing with customer complaints, resolving where possible and escalating where required
- Dealing with website LiveChats in a prompt and professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,673.00-£22,297.00 per year
