**The Role**
- Handling the purchase ledger
- Processing purchase invoices
- Bookkeeping including Double entry bookkeeping
- Dealing with sales ledger, including sales invoicing, credit control and queries
- Processing customer payments and handling any internal and external queries
- Preparing and issuing month end reports as required.
- Liaising with suppliers and handling any internal and external queries.
**Attributes needed**
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Good IT ability and Advanced Excel skills, including look ups
- Organised and able to prioritise their workload and manage multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Previous Navision System experience if possible
