Reception & Office Co-ordinator

The A24 Group Based at our Sutton Branch is looking for a Reception and office coordinator.
**Purpose**:
- Responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective facilities and overall office administration service to all relevant parties. Ensuring service users are provided with prompt service.
- To accurately and efficiently create and dispatch ID badges, using the appropriate databases and systems and escalating queries with relevant Managers in a timely manner
- To manage all aspects of PPE and uniform - deliveries received, stock control and stock control records and dispatch
- To maintain all records in a precise and accurate manner for all duties.
- All other general office administration duties as required on a daily basis with proper customer service being provided - examples of such duties to include post., stationery orders, Administration of Company Vehicles information and queries.

- Ability to liase with different departments in relation to queries and documentations
