**Station Reception Officer Supervisor**:

Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions currently has an exciting opportunity for a Station Reception Officer Supervisor to join their operational team at Sutton Police Station. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

**Key Activities**:

- Reports to Facilities & Services Manager
- To provide the best customer service delivery to all ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is upheld. Ensuring that the front office is manned appropriately and assisting all visitors.
- To assist the manager when required with administrative duties, carrying out performance monitoring inspections, audits, checks etc.
- To lead the team to achieve departmental objectives and conduct on-the-job training via agreed modules and toolbox talks.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of police practices and procedures to ensure that enquiries are directed to the appropriate person in the first instance and dealt with in the correct way
- Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday; may be required to provide occasional cover at other sites within SE London

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience of working as a station reception officer or within frontline policing essential
- Team player ideally with supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Approachable with the ability to be a role model to other staff
- Experience carrying out HR procedures
- Diligent customer service attitude
- Ability to think objectively and make fair and sound decisions
- Good IT skills
- Subject to security vetting by the Metropolitan Police
