**Talent Acquisition Partner**:
Advert closing date: 20th April 2023.

**A bit about the role...**

We are really committed to driving diversity and inclusion through every aspect of our approach to recruitment and we are on an exciting journey of transformation in terms of developing our brand, analysing talent gaps and developing approaches to address them. We are also responsible for coaching and developing our hiring managers and reviewing the way we engage and assess to secure the best talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support with the design and delivery of key strategic projects, where there are exciting and ambitious projects to get involved in. This is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day talent partnering whilst bringing innovative solutions to our offering. In the role, you will work with key stakeholders ensuring there is an efficient, consistent and collaborative approach to recruitment.

Our Talent Acquisition Partners work together in a collaborative way with a ‘one team’ consistent approach to everything we do.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose.

**Now over to you**

As an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner in an in-house HR team, you will be experienced in providing advice and guidance with the ability to challenge and suggest innovative and creative solutions to complex resourcing issues. Your continuous improvement approach to Talent Acquisition, particularly around time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire will ensure a commercial approach is at the forefront of your approach.

Drawing upon your strengths in building effective relationships with key stakeholders, you will coach our hiring managers particularly around workforce planning, recruitment best practice and annual resourcing plans.

You will be confident in managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Resourcing Team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, professional, and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade our stakeholders, whilst problem solving and dealing with ambiguity in a positive and solution focussed way.

Previous experience of managing and challenging agency partners and driving cost efficiency savings whilst facilitating a flexible approach to recruitment is critical. Experience of managing, leading, and coaching members of an HR Team to provide recruitment knowledge and expertise would be beneficial.

You will hold a degree / CIPD qualification or significant equivalent industry standard experience in in-house Recruitment. Experience of working with an ATS and using data insights to inform outcomes is essential.
