**Playing a pivotal role in business operations, our Stock Room Coordinator is responsible for the meticulous management of our company's inventory.**

Your key responsibilities include maintaining optimal stock levels and preparing essential materials for the Field Team. This ensures that we consistently meet the unique needs and requirements of our valued guests staying in our apartments.

Your knack for organisation and keen attention to detail are crucial, as you'll be responsible for timely order placement and meticulously recording stock movements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stock system updates and overseeing reports
- Keeping stock room tidy
- Maintaining agreed and appropriate stock levels
- Ordering stock from approved suppliers
- Ensuring stock consistency, liaising with suppliers where necessary when items received are not as expected
- Ensuring that all orders are unpacked and stock is placed in designated areas
- Ensuring that all orders are recorded accurately and that internal systems are updated as required
- Transferring stock from the main warehouse to other on-site locations
- Carrying out regular stock takes to ensure that all stock is accounted for
- Receiving and fulfilling stock requirements for the field team and preparing all stock ready for collection
- Ensuring that stock items that are returned to the warehouse are recorded correctly and placed in designated areas
- Ensuring that health and safety protocols are followed at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or stock room
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task & prioritise workload
