**Job Summary**: As the Hospitality Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining tea points, kitchens, meeting rooms, and providing exceptional hosting services to guests and VIPs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and cleanliness. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and organisational abilities will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for employees, guests, and business partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of tea points, kitchens, and meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage items, office supplies, and other necessary resources for hospitality services.
- Set up and maintain meeting rooms, including arranging furniture, audio-visual equipment, and other amenities as required.
- Greet and welcome guests and VIPs with professionalism, courtesy, and warmth, and provide them with personalized hosting services.
- Attend to guests' needs, including food and beverage service, meeting arrangements, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the hospitality experience and implement improvements, including streamlining processes, upgrading facilities, and developing new services.
- Monitor, manage and report inventory of food and beverage items, office supplies, and hospitality-related resources, and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments, such IT and HR, to ensure smooth coordination of hospitality services with overall business operations.
- Maintain records of hospitality-related expenses, budget utilization, and other relevant data, and provide regular reports to management for review and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in hospitality services, preferably in a corporate or high-end setting, with a track record of providing exceptional customer service.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, VIPs, employees, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and presentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, as needed to accommodate business requirements.
- “Can-do” attitude and ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms and carrying supplies.
- Advanced English skills..
- Turkish speaking skills is highly desirable.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
