**Function**: Retail, reports to Boutique Manager

**Based in**: Montblanc New Bond Street Boutique, with occasional travel

**Mission**:To manage stock and boutique operations to ensure flawless operations and commercial activities

**Main responsibilities**:

- Stock Control_
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of stock deliveries, replenishment and managers stock availability
- Ensures permanent accuracy of stock in boutique and lead cycle counts & stock takes
- Ensures efficient organization of back of house and on-the-floor stocks and supervises impeccable state at any time of the day
- Reports any stock discrepancies and provide explanation on stock losses
- Work with Boutique Manager to ensure optimal stock levels on a ident basis to support commercial objectives
- After Sales_
- Manages all the after sales stock movement
- Ensures accuracy of after sales stock in boutique, with properly maintained records and status updates, and leading cycle counts
- Retail Operations_
- Assists the Boutique Management with key holding.
- Accurate management of all till operations.
- IT system maintenance and reporting.
- Administration_
- Responsible for the follow up and management of all shipping documents.
- Supports the manager to formalize and update the operating procedures of the boutique (stocks, cash desk, security).
- Provides administrative support to the team in booking couriers, deliveries, transfers, supplies orders
- Supports the manager to ensure perfect compliance with internal processes
- Client Experience & Development_
- Supports the boutique sales through shop floor and remote selling when needed
- Always ensures impeccable customer service, appropriate to the country’s flagship.

**Minimum requirements**
- 3-5 years experience in retail, ideally in a stock administrator role
- Ability to work proactively & independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Computer skills including: Word, Excel, and Power Point are a must.
