**The post-holder will be supporting the senior leadership in Childrens Services consisting of one Director and three Assistant Directors.** Key responsibilities:

- Provide administrative duties to assist the general smooth running of the office
- Minute taking and producing action notes/accurate records of meetings.
- Diary management at director level.
- Organising meetings.
- General secretarial tasks and office duties such as answering the telephone, filing, ordering and maintaining stationery and progress chasing.

- Good general education to GCSE level or equivalent including English Language (A-C)
- Substantial PA/Secretarial experience supporting senior managers preferably in a local authority.
- Good word processing skills of 40 wpm (minimum).
- Proven minute taking experience and experience in diary management.
