**Are you good at?**
- Spinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
- Speaking with people on the phone, be it clients, colleagues, solicitors, lenders or potential clients. You should be able to handle some tricky conversations and be able to help push things forward when they grind to a halt
- A good generic understanding of mortgages is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Identifying client needs and working to reach the best possible outcome for the benefit of our clients and the business
- Reaching targets and achieving great results

**Your responsibilities**
- Maintaining relationships through regular contact with your mortgage advisers, lenders and clients
- Ensure clients have an extraordinary customer service experience with Cloud Mortgages
- Assisting the mortgage and protection advisors with supplying integral data to lenders and insurers.
- Provide clients with regular updates and feedback throughout the buying process and help with any non-advice based questions to ensure peace of mind and a smooth, high-quality service from Cloud Mortgages
- Social Media Updates
- Home Insurance submissions (commission payable).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
