Key Responsibilities:

· Delivering exceptional and professional Mortgage & Protection consultancy

· Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction is our top priority

· Upholding the values and reputation of the company

· Staying informed and up-to-date with the necessary professional development and knowledge for the role

· Actively seeking new clients to improve the quality and quantity of our client base

Essential Skills:

· CeMAP or an equivalent Mortgage Qualification

· A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills within a team

· Client-focused with superior customer service abilities and communication skills

· Capable of articulating complex information in a clear and straightforward manner

· At least 2 years of experience in providing mortgage & protection consultancy

· Many of our consultants provide advice remotely across the UK

· Ability to operate from home or a personal office

· Outstanding organizational skills
