About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Nottingham City Centre, working in our Flagship Frank Innes Estate Agency Branch.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their mortgage and protection needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Comfortable generating new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
