Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Analyse operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and enhance collaboration
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- First Aid at work or NPLQ
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
