Our next induction for this role is **Monday 20th February 2023**. You would need to be able to start on this date and commit to a two-week office-based induction.

We are looking for an individual to work as Virtual Personal Assistant within our Helpdesk team who are looking to deliver a first-class client experience no matter what the situation. You will be taking inbound calls on our 'virtual switchboard’ for our professional services clients whilst carrying out some administrative activities as required.

If you have previous supervisory/team leader experience and you are looking to build upon what you have already learnt then we would love to hear from you

We have some fantastic opportunities to progress to Senior Virtual Personal Assistants, Supervisor's, Team Leaders and beyond.

**Flexibility in working hours is important to us, we need someone who is willing to work 40hrs per week on various shifts with our core hours being 7.00 - 21.00 Monday - Friday**

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous telephone/reception/switchboard/customer service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Previous supervisory/team leader experience is preferred
- A good telephone manner with a passion to deliver a first-class service
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Someone who demonstrates the 4P’s
