Due to growth, we are looking for individuals to work as part time Virtual Personal Assistants who are looking to deliver a first-class client experience no matter what the situation. You will be taking inbound calls on our 'virtual switchboard’ for our professional services clients whilst carrying out some administrative activities as required.

Whilst we would prefer you to have prior switchboard/telephone reception experience this is not essential as you will be provided with all the training and support needed to guide you through our systems and calls.

**Flexibility in working hours is important to us, we need someone who is willing to work 20hrs per week - 16hrs across a Saturday & Sunday between 7am-9pm & 8hrs during the week (this is flexible)**

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous telephone/reception/switchboard experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- A good telephone manner with a passion to deliver a first-class service
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Someone who demonstrates the 4P’s
