**Job description-**
- Preparing for staff morning meetings
- Liaise with the block management team, customers and contractors ensuring all on going works are communicated followed up and completed timely also making sure they are updated on the database
- Effective time/diary management.
- Communicate with owners and occupiers of scheduled visits.
- Dealing with occupier issues and finding appropriate solutions following the correct procedures.
- As part of the team you will help schedule, prepare and attend AGM’s (on rare occasions this may require an evening appointment.)
- Liaise with brokers re building insurance and claims.
- Scheduling health and safety checks & fire risk regulations, making sure any recommendations are implemented whilst working alongside the contactors and our in house property inspector.
- Complaint handling
- Completing LPE1 forms
- Issue section 20 to blocks needing this requirement.
- Oversee expenditure against budget throughout the financial year, ensuring timescales are met.
- Produce service charge budgets including reports for the fourth coming year.
- Meeting clients on site when needed
- Create new business using touting material, current contacts, social media, & recommendations.

Hours of work
- Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm

You will need a full driving license and your own vehicle (milage paid for work appointments )
