- Strong IT skills in Microsoft & accounting softwares (QuickBooks)
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Confident in speaking with suppliers & customers over the phone
- Great communication skills
- Ability to take direction

**Duties**:

- Maintenance of supplier & customer records
- General administrative duties
- Supplier, employee & subcontractor monthly payments
- Assist in month end procedures and reports
- Data entry i.e. supplier invoices, customer invoices, bank reconciliation
- Preparation of employees wages
- Processing sales invoices
- Cashflow
- Vehicle checks/keeping MOT's & Taxes up to date

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
