Aviso Business Services is a small but important business within our group that works closely along side Quba Solutions, an invoice finance company that has seen 20% year on year growth. Whilst Quba Solutions funds start-up recruitment agencies, Aviso Business Services offer accountancy services to the very same clients. This close association allows clear decision making in both businesses, especially around the risk of lending.

Having grown to 60+ clients in the last few years, we have an ambitious growth program to go beyond 100 clients in the short-term and are in search of key individuals to support this expansion. This successful applicant will play a key part in helping us deliver the day to day service to these clients, working alongside another accountant and the Accountancy Practice Manager.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage the bookkeeping inbox which clients use to send their information.
- Contact clients for any missing information required.
- Answer incoming calls and take messages for the accounts team.
- Manage client chaser for information for VAT periods.
- Answer clients’ general enquiries about how to use Xero software.
- Ensure accurate data entry for the accounts team to produce tax returns from.
- General administration tasks including sorting and sending post.
- Contacting HMRC with regards to client’s tax accounts supported by the accountant
- Posting of invoices generated internally from Quba solutions.
- AAT Level 2 or time-served experience
- Experience in a previous administrative role
- Experience of Kashflow and Xero would be beneficial
- Analytical and problem solving skills: competence to analyse a variety of situations and develop recommendations on the best course of action.
- Organization skills to effectively prioritise workload and handle multiple demands from clients.
- Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

**Package**:
We’re offering a full-time salary of £21,334 - £22,500 per Annum, depending on experience, with access to a fantastic range of employee benefits:

- Up to a maximum of 30 days holiday per annum (pro-rata). This starts at 22 days’ holiday per year pro Rata (in addition to public/statutory bank holidays) and you will also accrue a further day’s holiday for each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days
