This role will involve working from home with travel to Allianz and Supplier Sites (on average 1 day per week).

**Role Overview**:
The External Quality team assist the claims division in meeting its customer objectives, regulatory requirements and improving its operational efficiency by working with Allianz’s vast supplier network. The team’s quality review programme seeks to ensure that our business partners deliver a high level of service to our customers. In addition, the team ensures that business partners effectively manage activity within specific parameters and a pre-established framework or contract.

You’ll be working within the wider Claims Strategy & Customer Experience team.

The team interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ultimately supporting and driving process adherence, governance and excellent customer outcomes. The working environment can be dynamic and complex, with responsibilities being broad and varied, including areas such as regulatory compliance, contract and process adherence, audit and report writing. You will be responsible for recognising areas for process improvement and non-adherence, as well as highlighting what works well. The role will also include the creation and maintenance of MI and the implementation reporting mechanisms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assessing the performance of external claim suppliers and internal motor engineers against an agreed quality review programme
- Completing action plans and working with our suppliers to engage a mindset of continuous improvement
- Using data to support reviews undertaken, improve data integrity and provide meaningful insight to key stakeholders
- Report writing with a focus on customer service, technical performance and business and regulatory standards
- Conduct regular relationship meetings with suppliers - driving compliance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure reviews are carried out within a governance framework, following agreed processes and service level agreements.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum level of Member of The Institute of Automotive Engineer Assessors
- Experience of working in the Insurance automotive industry or equivalent motor industry background
- Good organisational and time management skills along with the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills with an analytical mind set
- Ability to be persuasive and respond objectively when challenged
- Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and relay information to a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent relationship management skills
- IT literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and the ability to interpret Excel reports.
