We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality assurance program within our mental health care setting. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness. In addition, this role will involve administration duties to the central team, including data collection and reporting, and working collaboratively with other departments and teams to promote continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with best practice, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for change.
- Collect and analyse data on service outcomes, quality indicators, and other relevant metrics, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to promote continuous improvement in service delivery, sharing best practice, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to quality assurance, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Ensure that all services are compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and deliver training to staff on quality assurance, ensuring that all staff are competent and able to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in audits and inspections, ensuring that services meet the required standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Provide leadership and support ensuring that all team members are competent and able to deliver high-quality work.
- Provide administrative support to the central team, including data collection and reporting, and other tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A good standard of education, including Math's and English
- Certification in a relevant field, such as Health Care Administration or Quality Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health care setting, with at least 2 years in a quality assurance or quality management role.
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques, with experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs.
- Understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Quality Assurance Lead will work in a mental healthcare setting, with regular hours of work. The role will involve travel to different homes, attending meetings and events.
