Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team, including diary management, arranging appointments, organising meetings, and taking minutes.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and sensitivity, ensuring that data protection protocols are adhered to.
- Drafting letters, reports and other documents as required, ensuring that they are accurate and well-presented.
- Liaising with external stakeholders, such as parents, suppliers and local authorities.
- Providing support with events and projects, including coordinating logistics and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Undertaking ad hoc duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar Personal Assistant or administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £38,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
