Personal Assistant to Director

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and filing
- Assist with financial tasks, including managing expense reports and using QuickBooks for bookkeeping
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Director
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Google Suite
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Conduct research and compile information as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent data entry and typing abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Highly organized with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment

**Salary**: £19,892.10-£33,618.68 per year
