A small sized accountancy practice which is expanding based in Rochdale.

**Job description**

We are now recruiting for a Personal Assistant/Administrator to the partner to join our expanding practice. This role will cover a range of responsibilities in a variety of different areas of administration, the role will also act as intermediary between partner and clients along with organising meetings and taking calls. The position is a full time role but we will consider part-time on a pro-rata basis.

**Your role will cover**:

- Practice administration.
- Liaising and communicating with clients.
- Organising client meetings.
- Taking client and enquiry calls.
- Writing letters to clients and authorities.
- Customer invoicing.
- Operating with a regular portfolio of clients.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- A good set of IT skills, with experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel. Familiarity with bookkeeping systems.
- Good English as the role will require communication with clients and other parties both written and verbal.
- Good organisational skills.
- Able to work as both individually and within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
