**Temporary HR Administrator**

**Contract length: 2 months minimum**

**Rate: £12.99ph (equivalent to £25,000pa)**

**Location: Denton**

A well established organisation based in Denton are seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join their team to support through a period of change within the business. Paying an hourly rate of £12.99 per hour (equivalent to a £25,000pa salary), this role will last for around 2 months, however could be longer dependant on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with people HR admin, such as maintaining personnel records
- Gathering payroll data and reviewing timesheets
- Vehicle administration including managing fuel cards
- General HR administration such as onboarding, exit interviews etc
- Scanning and filing of invoices
- Assisting with the review of credit card & fuel spend
- Some PA duties for the CEO of the business
- Making travel arrangements
- Meeting coordination including organising catering
- General administrative duties as required
- Some experience working within HR Administration
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills

In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.99ph, which works out at a yearly salary of £25,000pa. This role will last for around 2 months, so is ideal if you are looking for a short term contract in between roles or are not looking to commit to a permanent role at the moment, or are looking to expand your skills into HR Administration.
