One Health Lewisham is continuing to grow so we have a new opportunity for an ambitious and organised Operations Administrator to join our team As Operations Administrator, you will receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Using previous healthcare experience, you will be responsible for the smooth administration of patient healthcare records by way of processing appointment requests, signposting patients to the correct place and mastering the administrative procedures across the range of services the company offer. In exchange you will receive in-post training to support you continued development.

We are a fast-growing organisation, providing a range of services which are fully integrated into primary care. We deliver specialist support to some of the most complex patients in the system through our Special Allocation Service contract across all boroughs in South-East London and North East London ICSs. We also provide a range of services across Lewisham including:
- Urgent Care Centre at Lewisham Hospital;
- NHS Health Checks Programme;
- Home Visiting Service, led by our experienced team of paramedics;
- Enhanced Care Home Service;
- Community Respiratory Services, supporting the delivery of services closer to patients homes.
**Your new role:
- This role sits within one of our work streams - you will assigned to look after a specific service, such as Dermatology, or Home Visiting
- You will be working on Emis or other patient management software we use, such as ERS, to ensure that patients records are accurate, referrals are actioned timely, and patients are directed to access the right service at the right time;
- You will provide general assistance to the team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
**What you need to succeed:
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics
- Experience of using the EMIS Web clinical system in capacity as a receptionist and administrator within NHS General practice
- Interpersonal skills to include concise and effective verbal and written communication
- Organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage day
