An Administrator vacancy has arisen to join a large supplier and distributor within FMCG based in the Aston area. A full-time office based position, this an opportunity to join an industry leading company in a varied and exciting role.

Duties for the Administrator will include;
- Sales order processing and management
- Checking POD's, liaising with transport companies and external customers
- Producing invoices, handling invoice and order queries
- Waste analysis and reporting
- Handling incoming calls, resolving queries and diverting calls
- Supporting the administration team and other internal departments
- Providing cover on Reception and other administrative duties

To be considered for this role you will ideally need the following experience;
- Confident telephone manner
- Good computer skills, able to pick up new systems quickly
- Able to work to deadlines, and manage a varied and busy workload
- A background of administration within either FMCG, Manufacturing or Engineering would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
