**What you will enjoy doing**:
**Production Planner - Administrator (Apprenticeship)**

You will learn and obtain experience in the fundamentals of our Planning function and general administration for a busy manufacturing site - **resulting in the achievement of a Level 3 Business Administration qualification**

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Material orders & incoming deliveries
- Admin Activities
- Specific project and system development

To schedule incoming raw materials against customer demand and to ensure forward planning of production to ensure that there is a continuous supply of product available to the customer at all times. The work involves being part of a small, energetic team to provide support for colleagues for purchasing, invoicing, arranging shipments, and some data analysis is also included within this role.

**Person Specification**
- A minimum of 5 GSCEs (A*- C or 9 - 4) to include English, Maths and Science
- Competent computer skills / confident use of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word etc)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Being proactive and autonomous when required
- Driven and committed to continuous professional development

**Starting salary £17,000 - £20,000 (dependant on experience and reviewed during the course of the apprenticeship over 15 - 18 Months)**
