**Job Title: Reconciliation Administrator**

**Location: Huddersfield**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain or build on experience in the logistics industry, particular for those interested in working in the customer service and planning functions.

**Hours of work**: Approximately 40 hours per week that covers Days, Nights and Weekends; 4 on 4 off rota comprising of Day shifts (06:00 - 16:30) and Night shifts (19:30 - 06:00)

**Role Purpose**:

- To accurately reconcile the customers ‘deliveries in accordance with the required timelines and process any information which will affect future deliveries. Collate the appropriate data to ensure the client can invoice their customers correctly and has the ability to balance stocks at agreed periodic intervals._

**Responsibilities**:

- The job holder has a responsibility to carry his/her duties in an efficient and conscientious manner and meet the key performance indicator requirements of the position.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in working to deadlines.

**KPI**:

- Accurate and timely logging of information, specifically (but not exclusively) regarding reconciliation information.
- Producing accurate and detailed reports.

**Key duties**:

- Complete duties in accordance with the Company Health and Safety Policy and the existing Corporate TQM System and ensure that all employees within the job holder’s sphere of responsibility do likewise.
- Oildroid data management.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of all trips by the customer specific agreed deadlines.
- Ensure the attachment of BOL data to trips where applicable.
- Ensure export of completed reconciliation as per customer specific agreed deadlines.
- Ensuring correct entries of various audit logs.
- Complete an accurate and detailed handover to ensure appropriate handover and communication between shifts.
- Take the appropriate investigative action to find missing data in order to reconcile deliveries within the agreed timeframe.
- Investigate any anomalies and escalate as appropriate.
- Monitor the accounting queries inbox and ensure that any reconciling / invoicing queries are responded to in the appropriate time frame.
- Escalate any anomaly’s that indicate a potential compromise of product quality through the incident escalation process.
- Undertake any ad-hoc administration tasks as required by the Customer Service Admin Manager, the Control Team Leader or the Operations manager.
- Assist the Customer Service Administration team as and when required.
- Create periodic management information reports as and when required.
- Filing of paperwork.
- **Basic Salary: to £24,000**:

- **Shift Allowance: £2,400**:

- **Attendance Bonus: £800 per annum (Paid Quarterly)**:
