We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our esteemed client, a technology firm, on a full-time, permanent basis. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for managing financial operations, order processing, facility oversight, and providing administrative assistance while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining communication with external stakeholders such as financial institutions, auditors, and service providers.

The successful candidate will possess prior experience in ledger transaction management within a comparable position and should be adept at working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Finance Administrator Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily financial documentation and execute financial tasks (e.g., receipts, payments, invoices, petty cash management).
  • Perform daily reconciliations and cash flow analysis.
  • Generate and issue contract renewal invoices on a daily basis.
  • Authorize and process expense claims in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive accounting records and ledgers are maintained.
  • Adhere to financial processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Create new ledger accounts with approved credit limits and payment terms.
  • Implement the debt collection process and report on progress as necessary.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of company bank accounts.
  • Address account inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage payment schedules and reconcile supplier invoices and statements.
  • Compile and reconcile monthly inventory figures and reports.
  • Update and maintain database contracts.
