Active Pathways are currently looking for an Administrator to join our rehabilitation hospital close to Chorley in Lancashire. This is a full time permanent role offering a salary of up to £23,127 per annum and Monday - Friday 9-5 hours.

You will need to have the ability to work across different aspects of the team including HR, Recruitment, Payroll and Finance. We are looking for a passionate and organised administrator who has experience with minuting meetings and working within a busy office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who has the ability to spin multiple plates and is highly organised We are looking for someone who can build rapport with ease with both the residents and staff members and has a good, confident telephone manor.

Active Pathways Ltd has been operating in Lancashire and Yorkshire, for over 15 years as a Mental Health and Rehabilitation provider, offering support to adults aged 18-65. We are dedicated to delivering recovery-focused Mental Health Services within innovative, creative, and inspiring environments.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Knowledge within administrative, finance, compliance and or HR support
- Strong Organisational skills
- Previous Admin experience is essential

**MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Being part of new recruiter induction plan and continued training
- Having an active involvement with appraisal, supervision, training and absent management across numerous sites
- Invoice checking and approving including uploading receipts to relevant systems
