Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records and files
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) for document management and collaboration
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
