With our custom-built, top-of-the-range food truck operating 5 days a week, we are now looking for a supervisor with full, valid UK driving license to join our team and assist with the exectution of our busy events operations.

We are a small but immensely driven team and with our ever expanding operation we are looking for a passionate professional to join us on our mission to create the best independent fast food business in the country

We have low staff turnover due to the care we take of our team. We are a family of grafters that love to work hard, look after each other and have a load of fun along the way ABERDAM isn't easy, it certainly isn't boring - but it's ultimately rewarding and we have many success stories already of promoting those in our team at every level who show consistency and drive to succeed

You will be tasked with assisting in the day to day operation including but not limited to:

- Liaise with HQ team at Shiprow to ensure smooth operation of events truck.
- Undertake checks on food standards.
- Ensure stock levels are well maintained.
- Assist in organisation and planning of events schedule.
- Maintain a clean and orderly unit, ensuring the cleaning rota is being followed and all checklists are being complied with.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly & no cross contamination exists.
- Comply with sanitation & hygiene guidelines.
- Creation of weekly specials in line with GP targets
- Driving events truck to and from locations when required
