Public Health Dietetics is an expanding service that requires good quality administrative support, to ensure service delivery and evaluation runs seamlessly.

This post holder will work closely with a band 4 Administrative supervisor as well as the Dietetic Professional Manager in this area.

Liaising with other teams, partners and departments within the Health Board.

Answering and dealing with external and internal telephone enquiries.

Utilisation of accurate keyboard and data skills.

Responsible for collection and distribution of all internal and external mail for the department.

General photocopying, filing and shredding.

Be responsible for recording data across services

Arrange meetings.

Sending information to patients and staff when requested.

Reviewing stock level of information sheets and maintaining a master copy whilst re-stocking where appropriate

Taking minutes at meetings, including department meetings

Typing as requested by members of the Dietetic team.

Be able to work across community sites to ensure continued administrative support as required.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

This post is fixed term for 12 months due to - meet the needs of the service
