We’re looking for a Culture & Engagement lead who will support the growth and success of the organisation by delivering people and culture strategies aligned to our vision and values. This role requires someone with impeccable high level stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships and influence both remotely and face to face. You will be joining a business as it evolves into its next chapter, developing and implementing an engagement and culture strategy that supports our colleagues to connect with company values.

**What will you be doing?**

1. **Engage more employees**. Be a trusted advisor that helps leaders understand “what employees are telling us” and then influence change around “what are we doing to address their feedback.”

2. **Advocate creative DEI solutions. **Develop recommended actions for leaders to shift processes, systems, or policies to increase workforce representation of underserved groups and strengthen our culture of inclusion and belonging.

3. **Collaborate to scale programs with impact. **Collaborate across group HR, site partners, and culture ambassadors in the business to scale engagement activities, team building, community outreach, and impact, along with a suite of toolkits related to engagement and retention, new ways of working, work/life balance, etc.

4. **Be metrics driven. **Collaborate with the People team and external partners to develop the DEI and Employee Experience dashboards, report cadence, and progress on the metrics.

5. **Track measurable progress. **Leverage relevant tools and resources to plan, monitor, and measure the progress of the Employee Engagement, Culture, and DEI journey.

6. **Have some fun **Design, organise, and implement employee engagement programs and events (speaker series, recognition, activities that build culture, community, purpose, and belonging).

**What are we looking for?**
- A passion and demonstrated competence in launching and long-term embedding of new values into an organisation.
- Significant experience of creating, implementing, and monitoring engagement and DEI strategies.
- Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data acumen capability in leveraging data for quality insights and decision-making.
- Excellent and creative problem-solving, project management, execution, and change management skills.
- Effective communication skills include communicating in ways that inform, persuade, and engage stakeholders.
- Be able to demonstrate the DCC values and behaviours.
