We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Neighbourhood Services Team, as a Neighbourhood Services Co-ordinator. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.

This job is working from any Flagship Office, we have offices in Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge and Bury St Edmunds. The role comes with Agile Working.

In this role as a Neighbourhood Services Co-ordinator, you will work as part of the Neighbourhoods team to support the creation of sustainable communities for our tenants to live in.

You’ll support the Neighbourhood Managers and Officers in the development of the service to ensure our tenants have a safe place to live, in a thriving community, whilst also being mindful of value for money.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Neighbourhood Services Co-ordinator from those with previous experience of working in a customer facing environment. You’ll have excellent customer service and communication skills. You’ll be able to work on my own initiative and I have strong organisational skills. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and competent with IT packages.

Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent qualification/experience. You must also have a full valid Driving Licence.
