**What will you be doing?**
- Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, GRIR, deal with purchasing and invoice queries
- Process Wages.
- Process month end accruals within the company’s deadline.
- Collate data from internal and external databases / contacts.
- Utilise and maintain a wide variety of internal and external databases and Google Drive.
- Actively manage and maintain internal tracking systems.
- Assist with ongoing and ad hoc Projects including the mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated contracts. Take service request calls from clients and arrange service booking.
- Ensure work output is delivered accurately to agreed timescales
**What are we looking for?**
- GCSE level, including English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Previous experience working within a responsible busy finance administrative role.
- Organisational Skills are key to this role as you need to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines.
- An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
