**Finance Administrator
**Our client, an established, growing and outgoing company based Near Wantage, has an exciting opportunity as a Finance Administrator.
In this role, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Finance Administrator will be contributing to the service delivery to several important clients, for services including procurement, bill validation, finance reporting and annual reporting.
**The Role
**- Processing Utility Billing
- Supplier Account Management, liaising with suppliers to ensure payments are correctly allocated
- Analysing and querying historic billing to recover overcharging
- Dealing with customer queries and requests, including regular participation in monthly calls
- Assisting the Service Delivery Manager with aspects of the financial processes
- Organised and Numerical
- IT efficient
- Excel is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Be able to work independently and as a team
- Having prior experience in the Utility industry and having familiarly with its terminology is highly desirable
