Executive Assistant (EA) / Personal Assistant (PA)

We are looking for a highly motivated, well-organised, and personable individual to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone looking to further their career in administration or to provide a strong foundation in the asset finance sector.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Completing documentation and working with our banking partners to ensure these are paid out in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Liaising with suppliers to organise sales invoices and helping deliver an efficient payment process.
- Working with our CRM system to ensure our customer records are up to date and compliant with GDPR.
- Providing Ad-Hoc administration support to the wider business.

**Where you’ll be based**;
- The role is based from our Towcester head office,
- There is free parking onsite.
- Our standard working hours are Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
